Mere Sands Wood Mere Sands Wood

CPRE Lancashire members are invited to an informative talk by Lindsay Beaton as we stroll around Mere Sands Wood, a Lancashire Wildlife Trust site, on the afternoon of Wednesday 12th September.  Tea and cakes will be in abundance in the meeting room following our walk, with a very brief AGM at the end!

The walk will take an hour on level paths suitable for mobility scooters.  If you would like to borrow one of Mere Sands Wood's mobility scooters, please let us know in advance.

If you would prefer not to join the guided walk you will be very welcome to take a short stroll around this beautiful nature reserve on your own - or just to join us for the AGM, tea and cake at 3.30pm.
If you would like to enjoy an afternoon at Mere Sands Wood with us, please confirm your attendance by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name, telephone number, and the number of places you wish to reserve.
We hope to see you at Mere Sands Wood at 2pm on Wednesday 12th September!
